Two northeast businesses are joining forces to offer a fabulous prize in an online social media competition.
iMove North East, an online Estate Agency, working solely within the northeast property market, and House Factor, a home staging company, also based in Newcastle, have decided to partner up, based on their mutual digital and geographical USPs.
“The property market has experienced some extremes in the last few years but iMove North East has remained a constant force in the area. We promote property on our books through various online portals such as Zoopla and RightMove, at the same time, avoiding surplus costs associated with more traditional, High Street agents”, says Adam Jackson of iMove North East. “We offer fixed rate packages so there are no unexpected costs and promote heavily via our social media channels. Our winner shall receive extensive promotion in selling their property.”
As the housing market gathers momentum once again, iMove North East, along with home-staging experts, House Factor, wanted to give people in the North-East the opportunity to win a prize involving reduced marketing fees and a free home-staging report, at the same time, proving to the winner that online property marketing works.
The competition, entered via an online form, shall reward the winner with a free home staging assessment worth £200, 10% off any of the iMove North East Sales Packages plus a FREE HD property video tour, worth £300.
Home Staging is becoming increasingly popular in the UK, says Karen Spencer of House Factor: “The vast majority of my business is secured via online channels. Customers in the North-East employ my services for either home staging or advice to enable them to sell their property more easily”, she says, “It is fabulous to offer a little of what I specialise in to benefit one lucky North-East seller”
The competition is available to people in the North-East from this week until the end of July, when a winner shall be chosen at random and announced via social media channels.
“We wanted to give our sellers in the north-east something extra and joining forces with House Factor affords us that opportunity and gives potential sellers a head start in the property market”, says Adam.
It seems all is to gain, to enter visit:
