Opening their doors to neighbours and fellow businesses, whilst raising valuable funds for a great cause, local estate agent, iMove North East are holding a Macmillan Coffee Morning on the 26th September in their new Consett premises.

The nationwide drive to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support, also known as the “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning” is Macmillan’s biggest annual event and one which iMove’s MD, Adam Jackson is extremely proud to be part of:

“We are opening our doors to everyone on the morning of the 26th September and hope to encourage people from Consett and the wider Derwentside area to enjoy a coffee and some delicious home-baking, for a very worthwhile cause”

Visitors shall be asked to make a donation on the day, in the boxes provided, and enjoy a selection of delicious sandwiches, cakes and pastries. Adam is eager to make his event a success and adds:

“Leave your packed lunches at home and donate anything you would normally spend on lunch to a fabulous charity, which supports people living with cancer”

The money raised at this, along with all the other Macmillan events across the UK, will help make sure no one has to face cancer alone, from the moment they’re diagnosed, through treatment and beyond.

The Macmillan Coffee Morning shall take place from 11am, on the 26th September, at iMove North East’s recently opened premises, located at 36 Durham Road, Consett, next to Tesco Express.

All welcome!
